Survey Manager - Dialer Operator Manual

WELCOME


We welcome you to our survey platform. As a operator user you have the main function of monitoring the assigned campaign. Join us in this manual.

 

Step 1.

Log in to the Aware platform with the supervisor user, in the "Usuario" section enter the corresponding code and in "Clave" enter the password.

 Step 2.
-After logging in, go to the Active Campaigns module and join the corresponding study.
 

Step 3.
Display the Monitor option and select "Monitor".


 


 
- In the monitor view you could see the Dashboard that indicates the status of the interviewers, which will show the status of the managed UIDs.

Agents connected to the campaign.

Agents available in the campaign, users enabled to manage calls.

Agents within a call

Agents that are managing a UID

Agents on Pause

Indicates the number of users that are managing UIDs.

 

 

ACTIONS

- As a operator user you can listen  ​   and whisper  during the call to the interviewer, you must use the softphone (Review softphone installation manual)

To listen to the call: Once the Eyebeam softphone is installed, the extension will be configured as follows:

1. In the Show Menu, select SIP Account Settings and click Add to add the extension.

 

                  

 

2. In the SIP Account Settings window, fill in the fields with the shared information:

Display name: extension number
User name: extension number
Password: extension password
Authorization user name: extension number
Domain: Shared URL

 

Once complete, click "Aplicar" and "Aceptar".

 

In the Monitor view, click on  and an eyeBeam window automatically appears showing the option to answer the call to listen to it.

 

 

Later, it will be possible to listen to the call and also the Whisper option

 


To end listening to the call, click Hang up.


- You could also disconnect agents by checking the button   of the user you want to disconnect.
