SEARCH UID – INTERVIEWERS
We welcome you to our Survey Platform. As an interviewer user you have the main function of being able to "Join" the Study you are assigned to work on during the day. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. Join us in exploring this manual.
Platform Login
To enter the platform you must have a username and password.

MANAGEMENT
The Management tab will show the list of Studies being carried out on a given day. After Clicking, you have the main option of joining the Study.
JOINING THE STUDY
It is a very simple step to perform this action, you just have to locate the study to which you are assigned and click on the "Join" button. Remember that you must join a study to start the management.
Click on: 
After Joining the Study, we will indicate that you are in an active Study, that is, a Study in management and you will notice in the lower Right part that a new button "SEARCH UID" is displayed.
SEARCH UID FUNCTION
When you join a study that you are managing, you will see a new "SEARCH UID" button at the bottom right.
To use the function you must click on the "SEARCH UID" button, then enter the UID you want to search for and press “SEARCH UID”.
SEARCH TYPES ACCORDING TO STATE
1. SEARCH UID RECALL STATUS:
Step 1:
If you want to search for a UID that is in the RECALL state, you must click on the "SEARCH UID" button.
Step 2:
Then enter the UID you want to find and press "SEARCH UID"
Step 3:
The UID will be retaken so that it can be managed at that time.
Step 4:
To view the history of the UID you must click on the following button.
If the UID has previous attempts, the detail similar to the one in the following image will be displayed.
2. SEARCH UID STATUS SCHEDULE:
Step 1:
If you want to search for a UID that is in the SCHEDULED state, you must click on the "SEARCH UID" button.
Step 2:
Then enter the UID you want to find and press "SEARCH UID".
Step 3:
If we search for a UID that was scheduled by another interviewer, the following message will be displayed and it will not allow the UID to be retaken.
Step 4:
Click on “OK” to start another search.
3. SEARCH UID STATUS DISCARDED / COMPLETED:
Step 1:
If you want to search for a UID that is in the COMPLETED OR DISCARDED state, you must click on the “SEARCH UID” button.
Step 2:
Then enter the UID you want to find and press "SEARCH UID".
Step 3:
If we search for a UID that has already been completed or resolved by PS or number of attempts, the following message will be displayed and it will not allow the UID to be retaken.
Step 4:
Click on "OK" to start another search.
